For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of running my own business—one that uplifts small and medium-sized brands and brings real magic into their marketing. Not the cold, corporate kind of magic. The kind that makes a community feel seen, a story feel personal, and a small business shine online.
The Spark That Lit the Fire
My journey into marketing didn’t begin in a boardroom, it began in a garage full of custom headlights. While working at Sparksmith, an automotive lighting company, I found unexpected joy in making TikToks with slick car builds, editing videos with trending audio, and watching their online following bloom. I helped them start a podcast, host livestreams, and build a brand presence that matched their ambition and I loved every second of it.
Over time, people kept telling me, “You should really start your own business.” So I did. Welcome to Social Elixir Media.
What I Bring to the Table
With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (focusing on Public Relations), I’ve always been passionate about preparing businesses for anything—whether it’s a crisis communication plan or building a consistent, confident online presence. I believe in organic growth over gimmicks, strategic storytelling over spammy content.
I’m here for the numbers, the trends, the campaigns—but most of all, I’m here for the heart behind your brand.
The Problem I Want to Solve
Small businesses don’t have the marketing power of big-box stores, but they have soul. They have grit, personality, and a deep connection to the people they serve. What they often don’t have is time, strategy, or someone to help them tell their story.
That’s where Social Elixir Media comes in.
My job isn’t just to schedule posts or design graphics—it’s to be your storyteller, your strategist, your content coach. I want your business to be not just seen, but remembered.
What Makes Social Elixir Different
I may be new to the freelance game, but I bring drive, creativity, and a deep dedication to every client. I believe in creating content calendars full of catchy, meaningful prompts that reflect your brand’s voice—not just noise for the algorithm.
My style is collaborative and warm, not cookie-cutter. I want your business to feel like you, only louder, brighter, and more magical online.
Who I Serve
Whether you’re a tiny artist alley vendor at a local convention or a mid-sized business in a rural town, I want to work with you. I’m especially passionate about serving underserved communities and queer-owned brands. Everyone deserves to glow up online—and I’m here to help make that happen.
My Values
Social Elixir Media is built on:
- Authenticity
- Accessibility
- Collaboration
- Transparency
These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the ingredients in the elixir for your business.
What I Want You to Feel
When you work with me, I want you to feel confident. Like you’ve got someone in your corner who’s working hard behind the scenes to give your business the glow-up it deserves. Your brand matters. Your story matters. Let’s make sure people hear it.
Brands I’ve Worked With
I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a diverse mix of businesses and nonprofit organizations—each one teaching me something new about storytelling, strategy, and community impact:
- Sparksmith (Waynesville, NC) – An automotive lighting company where I created TikToks, livestreams, and launched a podcast to grow their audience.
- White Fox Studios (Waynesville, NC) – Assisted this web design and SEO agency with campaign planning, local optimization, and SEO strategy.
- Meadowlark Motel (Maggie Valley, NC) – Served as Social Media Manager, curating content that brought the motel’s Smoky Mountain charm to life.
- Galileo Tech – Worked as an SEO specialist, driving organic traffic and boosting lead generation.
- HayCo Pride (Waynesville, NC) – Currently serving as Director of Communications for Haywood County Pride, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. I develop and implement communications strategies, manage digital content and media relations, and lead outreach to support LGBTQ+ community visibility and engagement.
These experiences across corporate, hospitality, tech, and nonprofit sectors have strengthened my belief that every organization—no matter its size—deserves a voice and a thoughtful marketing strategy.
